In our services the data collection for processing is based on legal grounds. Before collecting any kind of data we consider the rights of the data owners and will provide all information about the processing upon request.

On this page the only element of information collection is done through a contact form that does not have mandatory fields, however in order allow Sulregas to respond it thanks you for filling it.  Under the terms of the Regulation, the data provided will be used only as a form of response to the contact of the data subject and subsequently deleted after the subject matter requested through the form. When sending the information to Sulregas, it assumes the consent for the treatment of the same.

Sulregas does not share any data with third parties unless requested by the data subject, except in the case of proceedings with public bodies in which they must be shared in accordance with the legislation in force. In these cases, the data subject will be informed and can give their consent before proceeding with the treatment.

It is not the objective of Sulregas to collect data relating to children, so this platform will not collect any data relating to children or to minors. However if they are unconsciously collected they will be immediately erased
